21. Mark McGivern finally picks up the baton...

As first highlighted publically on this blog, some weeks ago, Gill Mitchell MBE  is, in my opinion - and, it seems that of many others - just as guilty as her husband Hugh "Mitch" Mitchell.

It's not often I simply reference an article from elsewhere. But I am delighted today to direct you to Mirror journalist Mark McGivern's piece on Paedo's Moll, Gill Mitchell MBE...

I do hope Mr McGivern sticks with the story and develops an eye for detail in terms of ensuring that the wife of this pervert - and former army intelligence operative - is brought to account for her behaviour protecting the freak. - It now emerges that, not only was Mitchell removed from his job for letching at young girls as far back as 1996. Not only were concerns raised about him - by me - with the Police in 1998. But in that same year Mitchell, and his wife, were confronted by the Father of one of his victims!

I feel it was a mis-judgement on the man's part not to go to the Police; through fully understandable; as he was trying to protect his girls from further trauma. - But what was Gill Mitchell's excuse in '98?  Fired from his School Job... Fired from the RSL project for similar reasons...  - And in 2005 when she found the pornography he had authored? She hid it!

I say there is NO excuse! NO excuse to give shelter to a pervert...

Honours can be taken away from people who have done something to damage the honours system’s reputation. Taking an honour away is called ‘forfeiture’.

 

For example, someone’s honour can be taken away if they are:

• sentenced to prison for at least 3 months for a criminal offence
• censured or struck off by a professional or regulatory body for something directly relevant to their honour (eg a doctor being struck off)

Other reasons for forfeiture can also be considered.

Forfeiture: what happens

The Honours Forfeiture Committee considers the case. Their discussions are confidential. If the committee recommends an honour is withdrawn, the decision is sent to the Queen by the Prime Minister. The Queen decides if the honour should be forfeited.If someone’s honour is forfeited it’s published in the London Gazette.

Please take the time to read what I have written about High Mitchell in this blog. Please research the case for yourself through the reports now emerging in the mainstream press.  And please consider supporting his victims by seeing to it that the woman who protected him for decades is properly stripped of her MBE...

I will stress here that individual correspondence from citizens of any part of the UK will carry far more weight than any hysterical campaign or petition; for each of you is entitled to a response. 

Bear in mind that when Gill Mitchell stood in front of the Prince of Wales and accepted that honour for services to a children's charity, she knew damned bloody well the man she shared a name  and a home with was a predatory paedophile who had destroyed the lives of children... In fact she had some several years before that gone out of her way to hide peadophillic pornography he had authored. - She only handed that material in at the eleventh hour, after he was arrested and his conviction inevitable. 

"As much a victim as anyone" as one of her relatives is reported to have said? No! Every bit as guilty as her husband. - A man who twenty years ago was ousted from his job in a West Lothian School for letching at little girls. And a man who the police were - to MY certain knowledge - alerted to back in 1998 as a possible risk to children!  - She brings humanity into disrepute let alone the honours system!

To your right you see Sgt Hugh Mitchell, 24101157 Ex B♭ Clarinet player with the 1st Bn Royal Highland Fuselliers and latterly, pictured here, the Intelligence Cell...  He served in the army between 1966 and 1990...

The judge, it seems was well impressed with his Army service when the Kirknewton nonce was sentenced to 10 years and 10 months in prison for his horrific crimes today...

But the questions remain...

HOW, when he was to my certain knowledge brought to Police attention in 1998, did he get away with abusing young girls until 2004?  HOW, when he lost his job as a school technician in the mid-90s (somewhere around 1996) precisely because he was letching at the young girls there, did he get away with it for so long?  

Why did school officials not go to the Police? Or were they ignored too? Either way, this is a lose-lose situation for West Lothian Council and Policing in the area. This former army intelligence operative - to my certain knowledge - often boasted of his Masonic 'connections'...   He was, in his own words, "fireproof"!

From the BBC piece...

"Det Ch Insp John Peaston said: "Mitchell is a dangerous predator and it is through the courage of his victims that he has been brought to account. We hope this sentence will bring closure to them and allow them to move forward with their lives.

"The investigation of child abuse, whenever or wherever it has taken place, continues to be a top priority for Police Scotland.

"All reports are thoroughly investigated by dedicated officers, who provide specialist support to victims and target offenders to bring them to justice.'"

I would suggest that this latter claim clearly does not reflect what actually happened in relation to Hugh Mitchell...

It emerged at his trial Police only started investigating Mitchell  in 2013, once one of his victims gathered the courage to re-live the horror she suffered at his hands...Yet the Police knew and had known about him for at least fifteen years... And, for the record, I now understand that I was FAR from the first or only person to raise concerns about Hugh Mitchell and his demeanour.

So we do need some investigation into the reasons why, back in the mid nineties, when he had been SACKED from his job in a West Lothian Secondary school, and further concerns were raised about him, Lothian and Borders Police did exactly nothing to protect these children...

And, please do note, that as justifiably critical as you may be of the new unitary Police Scotland - these concerns were only 'visited' once Lothian and Borders was disbanded and officers who were once rivals had a chance to start looking under the carpets...

But still, the attempts to play down this story go on...  Why have the mainstream press only mentioned the case in hushed tones so far? And why the clear attempts to 'skew' the story?

The phrasing used in the BBC piece is quite telling for instance...  "First offender Mitchell"...  First Offender? It's not as if he was some poor scheemie lassie caught shoplifting  a tin of beans for her bairn's tea now is it?  He's hardly that given that he first offended in 1988 (that we know of) and continued for at least SIXTEEN YEARS offending against multiple children...  

Need further evidence of bias? The BBC's piece opens with the line - "Hugh Mitchell's wife handed in his "fictionalised" story to police before he was due to stand trial for sex crimes in West Lothian." - Rather missing, or more likely in my opinion deliberately distorting, the point that the bitch of hell, GIll Mitchell MBE, did not hand-in the perverted filth he authored in the shape of a paedophillic porn novel when she first found it - over a decade ago!

And even then, she did so only when he was actually to stand trial...  Investigations started in 2013.  She didn't hand in what she knew existed until September 2015. Witholding evidence is no trivial matter...

And yet the BBC have clearly phrased these facts to wrong-foot the reader.  - Why? And we might also ask why the Police have let her off the hook!
  
Gill Mitchell MBE quite clearly covered up for her perverted little bastard of a husband...   An ex-Army intelligence officer and boastfully well-connected Mason...

When that woman stood in front of Prince Charles and accepted the MBE, she knew fine bloody well that her husband was a child molestor. Every day she worked at Simpsons Maternity in Edinburgh, with the parents of vulnerable babies, she knew damned-bloody-well that her husband might in years to come see one of those children as 'fresh meat'...

The girl that Hugh Mitchell raped was just NINE YEARS OLD. - Gill Mitchell MBE knew what a beast he was and she covered for him; at least for a decade and probably for much longer... Frankly, she should be joining her pervert husband on the Sex Offender's register; not out in the local park walking her dogs!

Still she does have her gong, and her 'influential Masonic friends' to ensure her Teflon coating remains unsullied!
